If you have taken ownership or just about to invest in one of our solutions, you can be assured you will receive first class support from Cortech Developments.

When faults occur it is often difficult to determine the root cause; is it software, hardware or the communications infrastructure?  Some faults may be intermittent and gradual rather than catastrophic and this can impact on system performance, operator confidence in the system and also result in costly call outs and repairs.

Our Support Agreement will provide you with in house resources and expertise to assist you over the telephone, with remote diagnosis / repairs and on site assistance for a quick and effective repair.  

Other problems for example can occur when replacement control equipment is installed and you may find it no longer works as part of an integrated system.  Manufacturers are constantly tweaking and enhancing their systems......it's the cost of innovation.  Our Support Agreement guarantees that we will support your system, by keeping pace with technology.

Our Support Guarantee to You
Our contract to support you is backed by our commitment to guarantee operation and response.  We offer you refund credits if we fail to meet guaranteed system operational times and response for assistance or repairs.

Upgrades & Updates
Our Support Agreement provides our customers with minor version updates completely free of charge.  Prevention is always better than cure.

Customers with Support Agreements are also offered substantial discount when it comes to major version upgrades.

With every installation of Datalog 4 we offer product training to end users and installers alike. This is supported by user manuals and documentation.

We offer three types of training:

  • On-site end user administrator / operator training.
  • Installer, manufacturer and consultant training at Cortech’s offices in Thelwall.
  • Training visits to installers, manufacturers and consultants.

As a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager for an installation company, consultant or manufacturer, having a detailed knowledge of a range of products that can provide solutions for your clients is essential in being able to turn tender proposals into new business.
