Optimising Control Room Efficiency
Our concept reduces the complexity for operators responding to the wide range of different manufacturers control equipment found in a control room or a security gatehouse; including Intruder, Perimeter, Access, CCTV, Digital Recording, Cell Call, Intercom, Concierge, Staff Safety and Building Alarms. The system offers a single operating routine for ‘ACCEPT’ and ‘RESET’ for all systems under control. It is therefore easier for operators to understand events, respond and direct resources in seconds rather than minutes.
Alarms and events can all be clearly and concisely displayed on graphic location plans, with text descriptions, on-line help instructions and verified by live pre and post video. Simultaneous alarm events can also be handled without the need for operator intervention. There are 256 levels of priority used for graphical displays, CCTV and other pre-determined events on alarm.
All actions on the system are recorded. This is a very powerful tool in determining the sequence of events should any historical analysis be required. Reports include alarm event analysis which can be either manually or automatically generated. Alarm analysis will search, correlate and collate information to produce quick view graphs to identify trends and patterns.
