Michael joined Cortech earlier back in May, in the newly created position of Trainer and will be working alongside our Learning and Development Manager, Ian Bulmer.
Michael already has experience working in several sectors and verticals that Cortech operate in. He brings a wealth of knowledge which he has gained from installing and maintaining multiple systems in the security industry, including many that Datalog integrates with.
Commenting on his new position Michael explains, “Since starting my employment with Cortech Developments I have already learnt a lot, I am really looking forward to developing more skills at the company. I am grateful for the opportunity to work in this business alongside such a great team of colleagues”
The development of this role allows Cortech to further expand its commitment to learning and development, offering existing and future Datalog engineers the best possible training, helping them to successfully install, configure and manage Datalog for their customers.
Ian Bulmer, Learning and Development Manager for Cortech, said “Michael joins Cortech at an exciting time as we expand our portfolio of focused learning and development courses directed at technical partners and end user organisations.”
“Michael’s invaluable industry experience in engineering roles, prior knowledge of both Datalog 5 and Datalog MV and his focused drive is already having a positive effect in the roll out of knowledge to our audiences. It’s not surprising to learn that Michael has a real vested interest in new technologies and is also a keen ‘Gamer’.”
All of our learning and development is delivered online to our Technical Partners and sessions are tailored to meet the needs of delegates, while remaining fully interactive, allowing for participants to contribute and engage in discussion throughout.
Not only do delegates gain hands on experience with Datalog in order to help with their overall understanding of the system, they are also able to obtain continuous professional development (CPD) hours that can be recorded as a part of the formal CPD requirements from professional bodies, institutes or employers.
If you would like to learn how we can help or to book onto one of our online training courses, then please email sales@cortech.co.uk or alternatively call 01925 750 600 and we will be happy to arrange.
