The business has flourished during this time and managed to navigate recessions, fluctuating markets, banking collapses and now faces the more imminent challenge (or some would say not) of Brexit.
To this day Cortech remains a leading player in its field and a respected brand in its core markets.
Offering his thoughts on the Anniversary, Gary Corbett (Director at Cortech Developments) said: “We are incredibly proud of this achievement. The company has grown significantly to the point that we now employ over 30 staff, operate a Middle East office in Dubai and continue to expand our Datalog product family that now incorporates Datalog 5, Datalog MV and the Datalog ion.”
The product itself has stood the test of time, largely down to four key factors – evolution, innovation, sustainability and scalability.
Corbett added: “We have launched 5 major versions of our software in 25 years. In this time, Datalog has proved to be technologically sustainable evolving from MSDOS, Windows 95, 98, XP, Server 2003, Vista, Win 7, Server 2008 and VM Ware. We are now testing to make the transmission over to Windows 10.”
Cortech Developments are proud to have Datalog at the heart of many high security environments and critical national infrastructure in over 27 countries.
