Last month, Cortech took the positive step of restructuring its Support Sales in order to bring into our main sales operations. This was with a view to providing the sales team with greater autonomy and allowing Cortech to be more flexible and controlled in providing its customers with an improved service.
Jenny Connell, who joined Cortech in 2014 as the Support Co-ordinator has made the transition from the operations department over to the sales and is now overall Sales Co-Ordinator. Jenny will still be responsible for all support contracts and support contract sales but has taken on additional responsibilities including project and training sales.
Excited by the new challenge, Jenny commented “I am very grateful for this new opportunity and I hope to bring a different dynamic to the team. My work on support sales in the last five years has returned positive and successful results. Looking forward to the challenge and using my skill-set in a different area of the business that will help to drive Cortech’s success forward.”
