The event aimed to bring together Technical Partners in order to provide them with a knowledge sharing platform, provide early notifications of product releases, improvements and enhancements, as well as an opportunity to revisit existing product features that can bring new benefits to the way they use Datalog.
Jason Blundell, Head of Sales and Marketing for Cortech, commented: “We are extremely excited to be able to offer our Technical Partners this regular chance to network virtually and be able to provide us with real time feedback. We are looking forward to developing the Breakfast Briefings with each event we run and see these as a chance to continually provide added value to our partners.”
Following feedback from the attendees at the event, it was suggest that one of the most valuable parts of the event was the Old but Gold feature. This was where delegates were reminded of an established feature or function within Datalog, that they may not be aware off which could provide them with many benefits.
In October we look looked at Virtual Walktesting, a module within Datalog that autonomously carries out 24/7, continuous background integrity checking of third party systems and their respective devices, even when the devices are unarmed or inhibited.
The online event which lasted 40 minutes, was a first of its kind for Cortech, and rated a success, not just by the Cortech team but also those who attended.
One attendee had the following to say about the event “Thank you for the breakfast session this morning. It was very informative, in a fun and casual way. Mark and Jason did a great job! Once again my compliments Cortech team! Super well done!”
The series of events will be held every 3rd Thursday of the month and are solely open to organisations who are either Gold or a Platinum Partner, with the next Breakfast Briefing being on the 19th November.
