It has been created as a one-stop destination, providing 24/7 access to materials and information such as product training documents, training certificates, marketing literature and copies of the presentations from our latest online events and forums, ensuring we can help address the needs of our end users and technical partners.
The portal first came about as we wanted to give our partner’s access to an online library of documents that address their requirements, as time has passed things evolve and so has the Partner & User Portal.
We wanted to create a single convenient self-help environment for useful information that we believe our end users and Technical Partners require, that they can access any time in order to help answer questions that may arise.
Even though we are still realistically in the early stages of the portal, more and more relevant content is being uploaded each month and there are future plans to keep innovating with this platform and providing our partners and end users with more resources to assist with the deployment and operation of Datalog.
By continually developing and adapting our Partner & User Portal we are aiming to create a sense of community among our customers and partners, providing exclusive information and updates to users as well as a substantial knowledge base for them to refer back to.
